Congrats on the new job. Jim and I are very happy for you. Also the chance you have to go on that cruise is awesome. I have always wanted to go on a cruise, but not in the budget. 

I thought maybe we can switch birthdays. Mine is on the 1st, so you can have that one and be home with Joe to celebrate, and I will take yours on the 4th. What do you think?
